Technologist in Medical Imaging

Non-unionized position on a temporary part-time basis.

Qualifications:                     

  • Must hold a college diploma in Medical Imaging Technology and maintain an active membership with the CAMRT (OAMRT) and CMRTO.
  • Current CPR-C certification is required, along with demonstrated clinical competence through ongoing education.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages, orally and in writing.

Assets:

  • Certified sonographer, registered with ARDMS or Sonography Canada.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation with the ability to plan and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working effectively with a multicultural clientele.

Expectations:

  • This position requires flexibility with working hours.
  • On-call availability is required in accordance with hospital policy.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $38.11 – $49.84
